About these terms
These terms cover your use of the eStar Tuition website, including 5-a-Day Science and the student portal. By using the site you agree to them.
Tutoring itself, including booking, payment and cancellations, is covered by the arrangement we agree with you before tutoring starts.
Using the site
- Use the site lawfully and don’t try to disrupt it, access other people’s accounts or data, or copy it wholesale.
- Keep your student portal login to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- Only upload work and files you have the right to share.
Our content and 5-a-Day Science
The website, its text, design and 5-a-Day questions belong to eStar Tuition. You’re welcome to use them for your own study, but not to republish or sell them.
5-a-Day questions are written in the style of AQA GCSE (9-1) papers. eStar Tuition is not affiliated with or endorsed by AQA. Mark schemes are our own guidance and may differ from how an exam board marks a real paper.
Results
We work hard for every student, but exam results depend on many things outside our control, so we can’t guarantee a particular grade.
Accuracy and availability
We try to keep the site accurate and running, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or available. We may change or remove parts of it at any time.

Links to other websites are there for convenience. We’re not responsible for their content.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited. Otherwise, we’re not liable for any loss that arises from using the website that we couldn’t reasonably have foreseen.
Governing law
